CADMP is a social and entertainment platform for planning outings and optionally matching with others. CADMP is not a dating, escort, or professional matchmaking service. It is for entertainment purposes only.

You must provide accurate information, safeguard your login credentials, and are responsible for all activities under your account.

CADMP offers Free, Standard, and Premium membership tiers, with optional paid add-ons. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled. Refunds are not provided except as required by law.

You must not harass, impersonate, post inappropriate content, or use the platform for unlawful purposes. Violations may lead to termination.

You retain rights to your content but grant CADMP a license to use it within the platform. CADMP may remove inappropriate content.

We collect and process your data according to our Privacy Policy and in compliance with U.S. state privacy laws like CCPA, VCDPA, and others.

CADMP does not conduct background checks. Offline interactions are at your own risk. Use caution and follow safety guidelines.

CADMP is provided 'as-is' and 'as-available'. We do not guarantee matches, outing quality, or uninterrupted service. Use is at your own risk.

CADMP is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the amount paid in the past 12 months.

CADMP complies with all U.S. laws including CCPA, VCDPA, CTDPA. Additional rights may apply based on your state of residence.

You can cancel at any time. CADMP may terminate accounts for violations. No refunds upon termination.

Terms may change. Continued use after updates means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by Texas law. Disputes must be resolved through binding arbitration in Jefferson County, Texas.
